2. Services
2.1 Description: We provide professional upgrade sessions, workshops, and coaching.
2.2 Scheduling and Delivery: Sessions occur online or at designated venues. You will receive details upon registration.
2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 7 days in advance via our contact form. In such cases, your fee will be credited toward a future session. No credit will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date.
2.4 No Reimbursement Option: Certain personalized coaching packages are final and not subject to credit. These packages are custom designed and begin immediately upon confirmation.
3. Digital Products
3.1 Description: We offer e-books, courses, and downloadable materials to support skills expansion.
3.2 Access and Download: You will receive a link to access your digital product after registration.
3.3 Reimbursement Policy: Due to the nature of digital distribution, digital products are eligible for reimbursement only if you notify us within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed or downloaded the content. Requests after this period or following download are not eligible.
3.4 Processing: Approved reimbursement requests are reimbursed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
4. Physical Goods
4.1 Description: We may offer branded materials, workbooks, and merchandise.
4.2 Delivery: Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
4.3 Reimbursement and Exchanges: If an item is defective or incorrect, notify us within 14 days of delivery via our support page. We will arrange a replacement or reimbursement after we verify the issue. Items must be sent back to our address at your cost unless we provide a prepaid label.
4.4 Handling Fee: A fee may apply for non-defective items sent back to cover processing costs.
5. General Reimbursement Procedures
5.1 Request Process: To request a reimbursement, submit your details and reason through the contact form. We will review and notify you within 5 business days.
5.2 Processing Time: Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 business days. The timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service, product, or good. We are not liable for indirect or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
